Flower Frenzy


I'm obsessed lately with all things floral and all things purple. I know, I have major spring fever. A woman was on the bus with me yesterday morning with a gorgeous, HUGE bouquet of lilacs. How divine! They woke me right out of my usual morning commute haze and instantly brightened up my day.

Oh how I wish that I had a little country cottage, ideally in Provence (what can I say, when I dream, I dream big :)), that I could fill with fabulous fragrant florals. It would be heavenly!

    Love that first house too (but love all the photos!). I wish I could train some flowering vines up the side of our house! With my luck, though, they would totally overtake it and cause some kind of weird house damage, lol! Think I'll stick to some nice flowering pots!

    The first time I ever really noticed bougainvillea I was in Cannes and I totally fell in love. These photos are gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!

    Lilacs are my favourite... my grandmother has lilac trees in her back yard so they always remind me of spring as a kid!!! Love them!

    omg!! These are completely GORGEOUS!!! I love flowers! so beautiful...although I'm totally not happy about this 'april showers bring may flowers' rain in the LEAST BIT!! lol

    I am sure a huge bouquet of lilacs on a NYC bus was more than a welcome sight (and smell) :). These images are gorgeous!

    Shut the front door! I'm crazy about flowers and the color purple as well. Lilacs are the most delicious smelling flowers in the world.
