Mangia Monday

Happy Monday! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. We had a very nice one....we had a chance to relax and unwind finally. Saturday we took some strolls, had amazing sushi and also cooked a lot of food for our friend. Vegetable lasagne, homemade tomato sauce, pepper, onion, bean and rice burritos and blueberry muffins. We cooked up a storm and yumm they were all delicious! And Sunday we delivered the food and had a chance to check out a movie and go out to dinner. Might not sound like a lot but trust me, it was paradise!

What did you all do this weekend?
