Happy Friday, lovelies! I'm so happy that it's finally the weekend again. Even though I have to work a full Friday today for the first time in months I can't help but be anxious for the weekend to start.
Even though the unofficial end of summer weekend has past I'm going to try to stretch out the season just a tiny bit longer. I'm packing up and heading on out to my sister's for the weekend which will be filled with much laughter, BBQs and picnics and gorgeous drives along the North Fork of Long Island and through the Hamptons where I'm sure we'll hit up some wineries and food stands. My sister lives way out east and we always go for the most amazing drives when we visit. My brother-in-law knows all of Long Island's secret hideaways. I swear he should run tours of the place!

Wow! I would love to visit the Hamptons one day.In the meantime I will settle for the beach here in Spain. I plan to go and have paella on the beach; eating wonderful food while wiggling my toes in the sand.
