Wednesday Wishes - Seine Stroll

Happy mid week, lovelies! Hope you're all having a splendid week. It's that day of the week again that I share some of my wishes with you.

Today I'm in a bit of a French mood. It must be all the Laudurees I've been indulging in lately :) It's strange because even though I'm headed to a tropical vacation this weekend I can't stop fantasizing about taking long leisurely walks along the Seine. I remember many many years ago the first time I went to Paris I walked all the way from Le Marais to the Eiffel Tower the first day I arrived. It was so overwhelming I couldn't stop walking and taking it all in. The sheer beauty of the city...the lights, the gardens, the architecture and sculptures and the ambiance. Still to this day I don't think I've ever been to a more romantic city and I often find my mind wandering back to that magical place. Paris vous aurez toujours mon coeur!

Life Is But A Dream

Happy Tuesday, loves! Hope you're all having a lovely week. I'm in la la land dreaming of my upcoming vacation at the end of this week. There's still a lot to do but I can't help but be blissfully unconcerned floating around in a lovely haze.

Keepin Cool

Happy Monday lovelies! Hope you all had a fabulous weekend. Mine was wonderful. Got some time in at the beach and we also celebrated our anniversary yesterday. Pure bliss. I'm just loving the summertime. Totally have that summer mentality going on and I'm feeling calm, cool & collected. Speaking of keeping cool, the temperatures are really, really high. Today it's going to be in the mid nineties and in the city that can be pretty unbearable. I'm planing on lightweight dressing and dreams of cool treats and refreshing pools to keep me cool today.

Sorry I haven't been around for a few days. I'll be stopping around your way soon and can't wait to catch up with you all. In the meantime stay cool, darlings! xoxo

Bring On The Fun & The Sun!

My favorite day of the week is here! Off to work for a few hours and then I'm kicking the first official weekend of summer off in perfect fashion. Date night tonight followed by a few birthday parties tomorrow and hopefully some beach time thrown in at some point. What do you all have planned? Hope your weekend is chock full of fun!

La La Love You, Louis!

I've been dying to see these babies ever since the first curvaceous model strutted down the runway at the Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter '10 collection back in March. And I have to say I am not disappointed in the slightest! Steven Meisel shot Christy Turlington, Karen Elson, and Natalia Vodianova in the sexy chic 1950s garb. The styling is amazing! Love the dressing room setting, love the fabrics, love hair & makeup and I love the models.

Pretty in Provence

Happy Thursday darlings! Dreaming of being whisked away to the South of France for a divine & leisurely getaway. Relaxing days outdoors surrounded by beautiful gardens, eating the freshest cuisines and sipping the finest of wines. Pure bliss that is heaven for the soul. Oh I can just smell the lavender now. Can you?

I know it's old but seeing this photo of it perfectly paired with the nautical top is making me lust after it once again. Love the color, love the neoprene...I just love everything about it!

Oh well, I guess I'll just have to settle for my Marc Pretty Nylon fluro pink cosmetic bag & my neoprene fuchsia Macbook sleeve... :)

Sweet Nothings

Happy Wednesday lovelies! Hope you've all been having a fabulous week. I'm so happy that we've made it to the midpoint!

I don't know about you but I've been craving a little sweetness lately. Divine & scrumptious cotton candy, marshmallow & macaroon shaded interiors and fashion. It's all so dreamlike & surreal, right? Bring on the opulent, candy colored excess! Oh it's pure yumminess, isn't it?

Hair Envy

Oh what I'd give to have a head of hair like this. The color {even though I'm most definitely content to be brunette I'm sure I'm not the only one who's dreamed of having golden locks like this just even for a moment} , the movement, the texture, the body. It's all divine! And she certainly knows how to work it, doesn't she?

Pretty Little Things

Happy Tuesday, darlings! The week is off to a great start. Summer started yesterday and the weather has been gorgeous so everything is great in my book.

Speaking of summer and wonderful weather, I am beyond obsessed with every single piece of the Nina Ricci Resort 2011 collection. It's chock full of everything pretty, soft, feminine & delicate. Just because it's hot out doesn't mean you can't look pretty, right?
