Cozy Nights

Good morning, loves! The day's are getting shorter and the nights are getting cooler which means there's only one place I like to be when the sun goes down. Cuddled up on my couch next to J.

No place is cozier than our candle lit living room. Huddled together under our faux fur throw, cocktail in hand. That's heaven in my book :)

What's your idea of a perfect autumn evening?

    Yes, how lovely to just enjoy being cuddled up on the couch. One of the things I also enjoyed when living in a place of four seasons (Curacao has 1 season, with the occasional rainy days), was sitting in a thiny little cafe with a fire place enjoying a lovely dinner with some friends (usually while it poured outside...it was Amsterdam after all).

    I'm not the cocktail type but maybe Irish coffee or Cointreau. Tea would also do and definitely candles. And did I mention chocolate too? ;-)

    That most definitely sounds like the perfect night for me! We also have a faux throw that we absolutely love. His mom got it for us from pottery barn and it is time to bust it out of hiding for these cold months. It's also bellas fav. I'm off to Houston to baby hoard my nephew. have a great weekend!

    Curling up on the couch with a soft blanket and the boyfriend... Indian takeout, a bottle of wine, and a great movie!

    How utterly romantic Dawn! I love that last image and I have a faux fur throw on the couch next to the fireplace, it's just the best! Last night I had a lovely dinner out at a swanky restaurant, that's the kind of stuff I love doing in the fall too!

    That does sound like a perfect evening! My perfect evening = to be all cozy with a cup of tea, watching some of my favorite movies....without work! It is hard to get away from work though!
