Cafe Days

Good morning, sweets! Hope you're all having a lovely week.

As you know from my previous posts this week, we are smack dab in the middle of some serious fabulous weather here in NYC. First I was in a trench and ballet shoes and, then I lost the trench, and by yesterday I went off the shoulder top and bare legs. It feels like summer and I'm loving every second!

Another thing I'm loving about this weather is the return to al fresco dining. All of the restaurants and cafes have their outdoor seating open and I've been indulging in a bit of it myself. There's no better way to instantly feel like you're on vacation than dining outdoors, is there?

    We've been having great weather too. We had a nice lil afternoon picnic. I wish it would stay this way, especially because we were cheated of a real summer! It's almost Friday!

    When I first read this I thought to myself, "I wonder how/where she lost the trench..." hahaha. Then I realized that you meant you were sporting no jacket! Wow! I'm jealous!

    Sounds wonderful Dawn! Lunch - al fresco style with the warm sun on my skin sounds perfect (I think there may be wine involved too :) There's something about those first few days of warm spring weather ...

    Oooooh, lucky you! Bare legs is still a while from here i guess, but Ballerinas - maybe soon! Am seeing tulips in bloom - so nice!

    I love dining outside in the warmer months. Reminds me of when we traveled in Europe - did that a lot when we were there.

    There are signs of spring here as well and some cafes have opened their outdoor seating. I can't wait for al fresco dining and coffee breaks to be enjoyed outdoors. xo

    I love to eat outside at my house, I think all house need a space to have an outdoor eating patio..

    Wow, NYC is sounding wonderful right now. I wish I had another trip to visit the City scheduled for the near future. I want to enjoy some al fresco dining.

    The weather is so beautiful here (yet today was almost unbearably hit/humid). we are having better weather now it is Autumn than we did this summer!!
    I adore outdoor dining, it is the perfect way to enjoy all the best things in life ;)
