Glamorous Weekend

Happy Friday, lovelies! And welcome to the weekend! So happy that it's finally upon us. I have a fun weekend in store. Looking forward to spending lots of time dreaming up ideas for our living room and dining room.

One of the things I learned last night was how to define my style. I think I'm going to go with comfortable romantic. I love all of the feminine and glamorous touches but first and foremost, {for J's sake to be honest.} it needs to be comfotable. {I'd probably be willing to sacrifice some of the comfort for something fabulous :)} I've already started researching some tufted setees and ottomans and some chandeliers.

I'll also be attending my cousin's bachelorette party so it'll be time to get all dolled up and hit the town with the ladies. Lucky for me, she's not super wild or cheesy, so it should be a fun and glamorous night.

    I like your definition "comfortable romantic"... seems fitting! And yes, we all have to make sacrifices for the ones we love. But honestly, when it comes to decor, I think those compromises can make a room more dynamic.

    That ottoman - nice! I just re-did my headboard with a tufted fabric and love it.

    Sounds like a fabulous weekend! I am so excited it is Friday. I hope to spend the weekend soaking in the local arts of the city through an art crawl and then a local hip hop show - and lots of yoga for cleansing!

    You are right about the comfortable side, last weekend & my guy went out for dinner and I had to ware my high heels. I looked alot diffrent he said, I mean my legs shape but at the end I end up having unbelievable pain. Enjoy your weekend dear oxox
