Good morning, sweets! And happy first day of May! I can't believe it's actually May 1st. It seems like the spring is just flying by.
Two things I'm really looking forward to this month. First is, in less than two weeks I'll be opening my beach house for the summer season! I just can't wait to finally be back by the shore. I'm never happier than when I'm there.
Secondly, I cannot wait to get my hands on some gorgeous peonies. My favorite flower should start appearing at the flower market any day now and I'll be sure to be buying copious amounts in all shades of the rainbow for both my home and office.

I picked up 3 peonies for my bedside table yesterday... nothing smells better than that floral aroma! My favorite flower. Loves to you, dear!

ReplyDeleteI agree, it simply cannot be May already. Where did the year go? I am actually excited it's May...that means the year is "almost" half over! I've got big things planned for next year - well, goals I will have reached. By the way, I do hope you are going share pictures of those peonies. And I'm so jealous you will be opening your beach house soon, enjoy!

I was just thinking about peonies too! I have some in my yard and I'm anxiously waiting for them to bloom. Sadly, they don't last long, but they are so beautiful so I soak up every moment with them. I'm on peony watch right now : )
