Monday Morning

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket

Good morning, sweets! And happy Monday! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and that you're all ready to start the brand new week.

I had a lovely long weekend but I have to be honest. I could use another day off. Greedy, I know, but who wants to stop having fun, right? :)

What did you all do this weekend? Any Easter festivities? My Saturday kinda got away from me so I never got around to making the glitter eggs or the coconut marshmallow nests but I did end up having a wonderful Easter anyway. And who knows? Maybe I'll end up making them next weekend for my Greek Easter family celebration. We shall see...

Hope you all have a lovely start to the week and I'll see you all tomorrow :)

xoxo

Too bad I've let my yiayia down and haven't gone to a Greek service since leaving home after high school... but I still enjoy a good Greek meal! My mom texted me to say "happy non-Greek Easter" yesterday! :) LOL! Loved following you and J through Instagram this weekend... your Saturday looked a lot like ours! :) XOXO!

  19. I had such a restful weekend but am totally with you on needing an extra day. I woke up this morning and was not ready to face real life. I may sneak out early this afternoon because this week is going to be long - actually the next few weeks will be with a go-live for a project. So, I will be savoring all the moments I can to soak in the sweets. Hope your Monday is off to a good start, hun!
    Much love,

  32. Wouldn't it be nice to have just one more day...or two? I wish! Glad you had a nice Easter. I am stuffed to the brink with jelly beans and have more hard boiled eggs that I know what to do with : ) We took our son for a carousel ride in the morning (they opened just for Easter) and then to a family dinner. Great to see relatives, eat, and relax.

Hope you are having a great week!

  33. Those pictures are g.o.r.g.e.o.u.s!! And dont worry I also wanted/could have done with an extra day. Whoever came up with 5 days of work, 2 days of rest was crazy (it should be the other way around!) My Easter was filled with lots of food, family, friends and fun. Hope you have a fantastic week (just found your blog and seem to love it already!)
