Girlie Thursday

Good morning, loves! And happy Thursday to you all!

Today's one of those days that I'm really relishing being a girl. Ok to be honest, there really aren't many days that I don't appreciate that fact.  But today I'm really loving it.

Playing with makeup all day long {have I ever mentioned that I love my job?}, getting to wear gorgeous gems just because, and picking up beautiful blooms from the flower market on the way to work for my own viewing pleasure.  Who says you can't buy yourself flowers, right?

    My list is way too long and I could go on and on. Playing with make up for a living does not sound like work at all. You and I could do some serious damage in Sephora. I passed it yesterday saying, "Don't go in, don't go in, don't do it." hee hee. I always buy myself flowers. It's such a small little gift to give yourself that sends the message "I'm worth it. I deserve to be treated well. I respect myself." xoxo

    Gorgeous!! Yes yes, let's relish in being women and girly today!! My daughter didn't have school today, so we are having a girlie fest :))) Shall paint my nails and do all things!! And too right, if you can't buy yourself flowers, why wait for someone else too! I bought some yesterday - white lilies, my other favourite besides peonies :))) Have a wonderful day doll! xoxo

    I love all the pretty clothes I can wear and dresses and my feminine voice and the fact that I care about flowers so much! I love being a girl...would never ever ever even consider trading that in.

    Love playing with all the pretty things too Dawn! These photos are gorgeous ~ love the milk shake with the cherry and the first image (great liner, such pretty eyes!

    Taking the time to make yourself pretty is essential and one should never feel guilty having a mani/pedi or buying flowers!

    I love being a girl to:)we have so much cuter outfits to wear and praise all make up.. that makes us forget all bad face days:)

    I love flowers but when I got roses from my boyfriend, they died the next day..that made me sad. But I use to buy orchids for myself and they survive everything haha:)

    Hi Dawn, I think you must have just about the best job in the world. What I love most about being a girlie girl is of course make up galore! Lipstick, eye shawdow, mascara - the works! Also pretty shoes, perfume, scented hand lotions, and pink frosted cupcakes aren't bad either : )

    Oh Dear! Don't get me started on the stuff I love about being a girl. I love spending hours in the spa, and the look on the husband's face when I step out. I love dressing up. And yes, I do buy myself flowers.
