Early Escape


Hi loves!  And happy Thursday to you all.

Heading on out to the beach later on today. And honestly I'm feeling quite thankful to have a 3 day weekend because I sure do need it.

Looking forward to lots of relaxing and renewing over the next few day. I apologize for not being around much this week but I hope to be back to normal next week.

    I'm taking a short vacation myself. I always get a little sad when summer is about to end, but I'm beginning to get excited about fall too. Enjoy your long weekend!
    PS: I've started to watch the first season of Mad Men and I'm hooked! :)

    Oh do enjoy the long weekend! I had yesterday off for closing on my house, but that is almost making today feel longer because there is so much to get caught up on - who knew one day could set you back so far?! But it was worth it to become a home owner!

    Hi Dawn,
    So happy that you have a 3 day weekend to max out this gorgeous summer weather.

    Catching up on your older posts...and can relate when it comes to stress. Having my boys out of school, camp and much structure was not as relaxing as I had expected...so I feel like August was a bit of a blur.

    I'm booking extra yoga classes and trying to get up a little earlier to take advantage of the quiet time.

    I love September....and fall clothes. I love summer, but I'm ready for the transition into cooler temps and structure! :)
