Good morning, loves! How was your weekend? Is it really Monday already?
This weekend was wonderful but seemed to fly by. It was the first non long weekend at the beach house and I'm not used to being there for such a short amount of time. I'm working full day Fridays again and it takes hours to get out to the house so I didn't get there till late Friday evening. And before I knew it, Sunday rolled around and it was time to turn around again and come back home. Makes me even more thankful than ever that I have summer hours during the summer months.
In any case it was a lovely time. Beautiful quiet moments by the seaside with my love. I really can't complain. :)
So here we are at Monday morning already. Are you all ready to start the week?

I totally see what you mean. I used to have Fridays off as well before, and I loved it. The perfect mix of work and leisure. We spent the weekend at the beach as well, we´re sort of experiencing Indian Summer here in Sweden. Have a great week! xo Caroline

Sad part is that I didn't get to do anything, my cough made me stay in the house most of the time in bed.
I know how you feel. The weekends go by way too fast! Too bad you couldn't keep those summer hours all year long : )

ReplyDeleteIt seems like your weekend was lovely even though it flew by. Over here I'm definitely ready for a new week. The children are back to school so there is routine in this house again. I thought it would be difficult to wake them up this morning after two months of holiday but they were up in a heartbeat.

"ohhhhh" to Monday's! :( The blues, but thankfully it's almost over and the weekend is 4 days away! :) Glad you got time at the beach house - we were @ the beach in Destin, FL and I couldn't get over how cool it was. So fun to beachside when you have to wear sweatshirts at night and your not covered in sweat during the day! :) Happy almost Tuesday, sweets! xx
