I'm just not getting enough. And when I do get in bed, I'm constantly checking my phone (instagram, email, facebook etc) So I end up staying UP a lot later. I think I need t deplug at a set time, have a cup of chamomile tea and read a book. LOL That's all I can suggest! Oh also turning off the television. Relaxing music may be another one.
