Good Monday morning, lovelies! How was your weekend? We had an almost springlike weekend here in NYC. It was absolutely wonderful and had me dreaming of the months of gorgeous weather ahead. I hope that I'm not jinxing myself by saying this, but it seems as if the long dreadful winter is truly behind us. Fingers crossed!

Have an exciting week on tap. Dinner with an old friend tonight and then Friday is Js bday so there's the exciting bday weekend to look forward to. I have a lot of fun surprises in store but I'm not going to reveal them just yet since J reads the blog :)

Finally Friday!

Happy Friday, sweets! Hope you all had a fabulous week. As usual, I'm so happy that the weekend is finally here. Not much on tap this weekend besides relaxing & shopping. Sounds blissful to me and I can certainly use it after this week.

Heaven On Earth!

I nearly flipped by lid when I visited Christel's gorgeous site Captivated by Image today. I'm always uber inspired by her every single time that I visit but today it's off the charts! She's giving us an intimate look at Dior's Fall 2011 ready-to-wear collection.

The Art of Indulging

Happy Thursday, lovelies! Wow, it's been quite the hectic week! I'm so looking forward to the weekend and I'm thinking I might let myself indulge a bit.

Spring's just around the corner and I've been dying to get some fresh flowers in the house. Also thinking of indulging in a bit of shopping. I work in the beauty industry but it still excites me everytime I walk into a beauty boutique. I just love to change it up this time of year so I'm shopping around for a new scent. And I'm so ready to kick off these boots for good and slip into a new killer pair of heels. Saks here I come! I'm worth it, right? :)

Sweet Nothings

Good morning, sweets! Yesterday was such a lovely day...bright, warm and sunny and it put me in such a wonderful mood. Seems like spring is in the air so I'm starting to feel lighter with thoughts of warmer weather.

And what do I do when I get in this mood? I like to shop, of course :)

I've has my eye on these next to nothing lovelies for quite some time now. Eberjey is one of my favorites for underthings and I'm loving this gorgeous bodysuit and bralette/hipster set. And how gorgeous is the tulle underwire one piece swimsuit from J. Crew? I'm head over heels in love. I don't think I'd be wearing it to the beach though. It's more of a lounging by the pool suit but I'm also loving the idea of wearing it as a top with a jacket or cardi over it.

Spring Dreaming & A Guest Post

Good morning, lovelies! How are you all doing this morning?

Today is March 1st and I have a bad case of spring fever. Dreaming of longer, brighter days, lighter fabrics and colors and fragrant fresh blooms to bring some much needed life into my winterized apartment.

Luckily the days do seem to be getting longer. I've woken to sunshine streaming through the windows on a couple of occasions, and it's nice and light out when I leave the office at night. Now if I can only ditch the winter coat and dark clothes for lighter fabrics & colors. It'll be here soon enough. Luckily Spring is less than 3 weeks away.
