Welcome Weekend!

Good morning, loves! And happy Friday to you! I've been waiting for this three day weekend for some time now and I'm so excited that it's finally here!

I held this weekend aside and made no plans in the hopes that I would either be on a quick little getaway or that I'd have some lazy days with absolutely no commitments. Turns out I'm not going anywhere so I get a staycation instead.

Looking forward to sleeping in, leisurely strolls around the city and a few tasty meals. Can't wait!

    Enjoy your staycation. We were thinking about maybe driving to Lille in France tomorrow but hubby has a sore throat and sounds like a rocker so maybe it isn't ideal to go on a road trip. Let's see what happens.

    Lucky that you get a three day weekend! I will be enjoying the weekend with the Valentine's Tea and then catching up with a few friends. I do not get Monday off, but it should still be a restful weekend!

    Enjoy the long weekend, Dawn... you deserve it! I think it is so healthy also to take some time out and feel rejeuvinated again, especially when one is as busy as I know you and me are! :) Love these images here -- especially the last one.
