Warm Weekend

Happy Friday, lovelies! What do you all have planned for the weekend? It's going to be a warm one here in NYC with summer-like temperatures returning. Glad I haven't packed my summer clothes away yet!

I'm thinking that Sunday might be a perfect day for a picnic. Might as well get one more in before it's too late, right?

Easy Breezy

Hi lovelies! Hope your week is off to a wonderful start. The weather is just gorgeous today and I'm thinking that today would be a perfect day for a picnic. If I have to be in the city, I might as well be in Central Park taking it easy, right? :)

Tuesday Toast

Happy Tuesday, lovelies! The weather's finally warming up here. It's going to be close to 80 today and all I can think about is taking a little breather. Pack a basket, pop open a bottle of bubbly and see where there day takes me. Spring is here at last!

I had such a wonderful time yesterday meeting Marie-Ève. We've been blog friends for 2 years now and having the opportunity to actually get to meet in person was incredible. She showed up with her beautiful family and bouquet of gorgeous anemones and they all charmed me beyond words. That is one of the most incredible parts of blogging that I never anticipated when I started this whole endeavor. Getting to meet the amazing people behind the blogs and the relationships that develop. Oh and silly me, I forgot my camera in my office so I didn't get a chance to take any photos.

And speaking of blogger meet-ups, this week is my lucky week because today I get to meet the lovely Isabelle of Pink Lemonade. I'll try to remember photos this time :)

Let's Go For A Ride {& a Bite}

Happy Wednesday everyone! Can't believe we're at the midpoint of the week already. It seems to be flying by. Wow, I rarely ever say that...Guess this is a good week :)

I wanted to thank you all for the wonderful birthday wishes. Reading each and every one of them totally made my day. You are all so sweet and I can't even begin to express how much it means to me to have you all there for the constant love and support. You're all fabulous!

I had an absolutely amazing bday yesterday. Great presents, yummy sweets and great friends and loved ones really made it amazing. I'll be back later on today to fill you in on the details. Oh and I didn't have to wait all day for the presents either. Lucky me :)

But here we are at another day. Rather than going to work today, I'd much prefer to continue on the bday high and head out for bike ride and a picnic that includes some fresh ripe fruit and refreshing drinks. Sounds like the perfect way to spend a summer Wednesday, doesn't it? Any interest in joining me?
