Easter Take 2!

Good morning, sweets! And happy Friday! So happy the weekend is finally here. As you can tell from all my moaning and groaning this week, I'm particularly ready for it.

Seeing my family this weekend to celebrate Greek Easter. Lots of things to look forward to. Summer-like weather, it's going to be 80 on Sunday!, my Yia Yia & mother's delicious cooking and my father's amazing wine. He went deep into the wine cellar and already has some special bottles selected.

And I already have my summer dress picked out because I'm planning on spending a lot of time outside basking in the glorious weather.

So what do you all have planned? Whatever it is, I hope it's a fabulous one!

Easter Weekend

Good morning, loves! And happy Friday!

I'm off today enjoying the start of a 3 day weekend and I couldn't be happier. Going to have some fun, get some rest and just enjoy every second. I'm even going to give Easter eggs a go this year. I haven't decorated them in a few years but this year I'm inspired to try. I think I'm going to try glitter eggs and maybe even tackle these Coconut Marshamllow Nests that Adele shared.

Monday Morning

Good Monday morning, lovelies! How are you all today? Did you have a wonderful weekend? I don't know if I'm alone here, but I totally stuffed myself yesterday with not 1, but 2 Easter meals. First a Greek feast with my family and then another delicious dinner with Js family.

Last thing I want to do is leave my house. I'd take one more day at home to lounge about, paint my nails and catch up on reading and tv. Sounds good, doesn't it?

The only thing that's motivating me to leave the house today is that I get to finally meet one of my favorite blogging friends, the lovely Marie-Eve, while she's in town visiting from Montreal! Last time she visited I ended up getting the flu and wasn't able to meet up. I was so disappointed. Can't wait to finally get to meet her!

Happy {Easter} Weekend!

Happy Friday, lovelies! And happy Earth Day! I'm off today for the Easter holiday weekend. Hope that you are all off as well enjoying yourselves.

Wishing all you that celebrate Easter a lovely holiday. What will you all be doing?

I'm heading on out to visit family on Sunday. Starting at my Yia Yia's house in the early afternoon where we will celebrate both Easter and Greek Easter which happen to be on the same day this year. And yes, that means I'll be eating yummy Greek food :) After that we'll head to J's mother's house to have Easter dinner. I'll be a stuffed saugage by the time it's all over!

Oh and I almost forgot! Tonight I'm going to see Lady Gaga AGAIN in concert. I saw her last summer and she was fabulous. It certainly is a great way to start the weekend.

Rise & Shine, Sunshine!

Morning lovelies! Time to wake up & put on your makeup :)

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and a great Easter, if you celebrate. We had a fun family-filled weekend. We spent a lot of time outdoors and I even got to sunbathe a little bit yesterday. Can't believe it's only the beginning of April...it felt more like June! Now I just hope it stays so nice.

Happy {Easter} Weekend!

Happy Friday everyone! It's a long weekend for me and I'm so happy for the extra day off. The weather is gorgeous and we have a bunch of fun things planned this weekend with family including taking our nephews to their first ever NHL game. Hockey & 70+ degree weather doesn't exactly go hand in hand but we're going to have a great time anyway :)
