Hella Boots!

This morning as I put on my black boots for the 100th time this year I found myself dreaming of something new. Some little spark to perk up my tired winter wardrobe. Well I think I found it! What do u think? Fab, right?

My New Boots

I know I said I had given up on the over the knee boots but yesterday as I was lucky enough to uncover these babies! I got them in a taupe color and they're just to die for! And soooo comfie too. Perfect for trapesing through Europe :)

Oh and the best part is that they were the last pair and they're not selling the color on the UO website so I got a discount. I just looove me a bargain!

Our Wedding - Outdoor Shots

Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great weekend. We did a bunch of visiting and a few errands. Oh and I also got boots! I tried on a bunch of over-the-knee ones but I didn't love any of them. So these aren't exactly what I was looking for but I love them nonetheless. What do you think? J told me they need to satisfy my boot craving for the season and I think I made a the right choice.

Today I figured I'd continue with another recap. I think I only have a couple more to go and I want to move on to other things so here it goes...

Early on into the reception, our photographer took us outside for a few shots on the balcony. It's so funny to see some of the faces you make when he tells you to just talk amongst yourselves so he can get candid shots. Is this serious how I move??? :)

It's seriously cracks me up to see some of those expressions. At least we got a few shots of us both smiling and looking happy and in love :)

Happy Weekend!

Ah the weekend at last! I don't know why but it feels like it's been a super long week but I've only been back at work since Wednesday so I don't know what I'm complaining about. It must be that the flu made everything drag.

We're finally all better now and ready for the weekend. It's funny how you feel a kind of rebirth once you feel better after being sick. All I want to do is be out socializing with people. What a difference a week makes!

Our weekend gets off to a good start because we get to celebrate our 2 month anniversary today. I can't believe it's been two whole months already! Then we're off to Long Island to visit family and celebrate my sister & brother-in-laws bdays, return some wedding gifts and fix my wedding band. I lost a pave diamond about a month ago and I've been meaning to get to the jeweler ever since to get it replaced. Hope they don't give me a hard time about it. I mean something's clearly wrong if a diamond falls out only after a month of wearing it, right??? Oh and I hope to squeeze in a little bit of shopping along the way. I need new boots ASAP. I've been eyeing a few over-the-knee ones lately. But first I have to convince J that they're not only for prostitutes. Wish me luck!
