We're just dying to know our final count for the wedding. It's such a huge variable in terms of the budget. And we have to do our seating assignments and get the escort cards to the calligrapher really soon.Our RSVP date was Monday and we still haven't heard from about 50 people. Everyone is telling us that we need to wait till the end of the week to start contacting people. That's all well and good and all but the truth of the matter is, we're super antsy and we just can't control ourselves. I wrote a few emails today. And J is getting on her mother to contact her family. Is that bad? I just don't understand why we have to wait so long. There was a deadline and people are late so what's the big deal with asking, right?
I have to admit that we haven't always been prompt with our responses to events in the past. Boy though, has this taught us a lesson! No more late responses from us!
So what do you guys think? Do we really need to wait? I don't want to be rude, I just need to know!
