Happy {Memorial Day} Weekend!

Good morning, lovelies! The unofficial start of summer is officially here and I couldn't be happier. To kick this season off on the right foot, I'll be heading to the beach for a few days. And I'm thrilled because after a gloomy looking forecast earlier in the week, it looks things have turned around and the weather gods are going to bless us with some gorgeous summer like weather.

So whether your beaching, BBQing, picnicking or whatever else this weekend I wish you all a fabulous time!

Wakeup And Smell The Flowers

The clock went off this morning, and as much as I was hoping it wasn't so, it turns out that it is, in fact, back to reality today after an amazing long fun-filled weekend. We were lucky enough to have had the most amazing weather and I loved every second of it!

Went to see gLee Live on Friday and it was SPECTACULAR! As you could probably imagine if you've ever seen the TV show, these people can perform! They are so incredibly talented and they made for the perfect way to start off the holiday weekend.

Saturday we drove out to Long Island for a BBQ and Sunday we were back in the city to see American Idiot on Broadway. And that was quite the performance as well. If you like Green Day or even just a great musical, I highly recommend that you go see it if you're in NYC and looking for a Broadway fix. The rest of the weekend was rounded out with lots of al fresco dining and a ton of fun. It was the perfect kick off to what I hope will be an amazing summer! And while we're speaking summer, I wanted to wish you all a happy June!

Back to reality today and hello to a pretty busy, albeit short week. I'll be flying out tonight to Minnesota again for business and won't be back to NY until Thursday. Busy but I don't mind. It'll be the weekend before I know it :)

Oh and I forgot to mention, we also booked one of our summer vacations for over the 4th of July! We're going to Bermuda! Can't wait!!!

Happy {Memorial Day} Monday!

Good morning, lovelies! Sorry I'm getting a late start this morning. Still on holiday being that today is Memorial Day. For those of you who celebrate the holiday, I hope that you all have a wonderful, safe, and fun filled day. And let's take the time to honor all of those who have served for our country.

I'm off to enjoy some fun in the sun today. Brunch and then catching some rays in the park. Should be heavenly. Hope you're all having a fabulous day!

Wonderful {Long} Weekend!

Happy Friday lovelies! Well the {long} weekend is finally here and I could not be happier. It marks the unofficial start of summer and my agenda is chock full of fun, from concerts, lots of fun in the sun time, bbqs & even a musical.

Tonight we will be in full on Gleek mode when we head on over to Radio City to see gLee Live! We're huge fans of the show so I'm really excited to see them perform live. Hoping they throw some Gaga & Madonna in there :)

Saturday we'll head to the first bbq of the season, can't wait to smell that burning grill!, and Sunday we're seeing American Idiot on Broadway. I love Green Day so I 'm thinking that'll be that'll be really entertaining. And Monday it's either beach, another bbq or a picnic. Fun, fun and more FUN! Can't wait for the festivities to begin!

Summer Soiree

With the weekend that marks the unofficial start of summer being just around the corner, my mind OFFICIALLY goes into summer overdrive {not that it hasn't been already :)}

We have 3 days to fill with fun this weekend and of course I'll be thinking beach, pools and BBQs, but I'm also dreaming of driving on out to the island for a lovely summer soiree at one of the majestic estates. Loving the thought of getting myself all dressed up and ready to mingle outdoors with some fabulously entertaining people.

What do you all have on tap this weekend? I know this is a day early but it being a big weekend here in the states, I figure some of you may already have some plans :)
