Well I'm here in Minnesota but my luggage isn't. Thank you Delta. I should get it later on today. Isn't it amazing how they make you pay $25 for a bag, they loose your bag and then they won't refund you the money? Sorry to vent but it's been a frustrating day. I managed to scrape together a few things to make myself somewhat presentable for work today.

I'm so sorry to hear that this happened to you. :( I used to work for an airline. If you have time, write a letter to the customer service department. They should be able to do something for you. Or call (if you have time) and have your call escalated to a supervisor/manager. Hope your weekend gets better. I LOVE your blog!
oh honey what an annoying thing, loosing my suitcase is always my main fear when I fly, this summer it arrived 2 days late, and of course no one says anything about it... take it easy and keep smiling. xoxo

hope that your luggage has arrived and that you get some sort of luggage voucher for your return flight to ny. also hope that your weekend has been good.
Uggh. What a pain! Hope you have you luggage now. Be sure to put in a claim with the airline for any expense you had to incur b/c of the lost luggage (e.g. toiletries, emergency clothes). I got reimbursed one time b/c they lost my luggage and I was in Hong Kong with NOTHING!
Hope your luggage arrived! This has happened to me before too :( Twice. So I no only travel with carry-ons. If it's in my possession, it can't get lost! This has changed my traveling experience for the better! The secret is to roll the clothes and it always fits everything!

So not cool. I had that happen to me once when I went away for work. I was without my bag for the entire trip. It was terrible. We got in really late and I had to go straight to a business dinner. I was wearing sweat pants. I could have died!
