Kicking The Day Off Right
Happy Friday! I'm so happy that it's the end of the week. This one has been really hectic. I've been running around so much that I haven't had a chance to eat breakfast any day this week. Usually I just run out the door and eat once I get to work but things have been so busy at the office that I'm skipping breakfast all together.
I'm gonna do my best to sit down and eat at home before I leave for work today so I start the day off on the right foot. People always say not to skip breakfast and I'm starting to see why. I'm often not even hungry at lunch but once I get home at night I'm famished and I'm making the wrong food choices.
How about you guys? Do you eat breakfast in the mornings? If so, do you eat at home or at work. I'm really curious to hear how you all handle it.

Oh I'm big on eating breakfast - usually at home, gets you ticking away and you don't get as hungry later on.
Hope next week is a little calmer for you honey.
Have a relaxing weekend,
xoxo
I always eat before I get out of the house, I wouldn't make it if I didnt...
Have a great day and a lovely weekend!
TGIF! I always eat brekkie before I step out the door. Usually it's just yogurt with some granola and fruit. If I'm in a hurry, I grab a Fiber One bar! Have a great weekend.
Hello Dawn so lovely to meet you over the blogosphere and to stubble upon your beautiful blog. I am a naughty breakfast skipper and always too busy trying to find something to wear!By the time I rush out the door and start some work it is usally 10.30am until I manage to make some toast or grab some yoghurt and fruit. I must take a leaf out of your book next week and try to eat before I leave the house. Happy weekend to you and may it be filled with a lovely breakfast xxx
I always eat breakfast because I keep a box of cereal at my desk and before I let the day take me away, I make sure to pour a cup of milk and down that cereal. It's a routine now so everyday I go to the kitchen and get a cup of water, cup of milk and an OJ. :) That's how I suggest it. I can never manage to eat breakfast at home before I leave.
I always eat breakfast, although not right when I wake up. I also bring my food to work and eat it once there (well, as I'm writing this!) I bake a batch of muffins each week, so I bring one, plus I also have a small container or yogurt and a half-grapefruit.
HAPPY FRIDAY!
I'm not a big breakfast eater but my husband has tried to get me into the habit of eating something on my way out the door, even if its small. Coffee is a must, though.
I HAVE to eat breakfast or I feel like my day is not going to go well.
Yes, I think eating breakfast is VERY important. I actually have 2 breakfasts - 1 before work and 1 when I'm at work (but that's probably just to dampen the shock that I've got to work now). Wishing you a lovely weekend!
I have a hard time finishing because i always get caught doing something else... i should be more disciplined on that!
love love love the photos.....happy weekend doll!
Sunny,lovely weekend,dear Dawn!!!-)*
Next week should be not so hectic...hope it for you!
Wish you much pretty moment in these weekend,
With all my Love and hugs,
***Violetta***
i do exactly that. i run out the door without breakfast, sometimes skip lunch, and then i eat the whole house (usually carbs and sweets) when i get home at night. so bad. i need to be more disciplined about that stuff.
also, i want to wear that oufit and eat that breakfast in that kitchen. so beautiful.
Hi Dawn, My daughter who must be about your age and has a hugely stressful work environment has finally discovered that having a really good breakfast helps her get through the day. Lunch too, albeit a light one. Otherwise she runs out of gas. Stay healthy, always take time for yourself. xx's Marsha
My week has been very hectic too. Hope you got to rest. I'm going to stay at home and charge up my battery!
Lovely pictures you have posted there!
you always post the most beautiful photos :)
