Happy Earth Day everyone! Hope that you all have a wonderful day and that you all take a little time today to think about what you can do to help protect the planet.
There will be plenty of television shows, newspaper & magazine clippings and news blasts coming your way today chock full of great ideas of all of the little things you can do that will help make a huge difference for the future but I figured I'd give you my little list of 10 easy ways to greenify your life anyway :)
- 1 - Pay attention to how you use water. Turn the water off when you brush your teeth. Avoid washing small loads of laundry and wash your clothes in cold water.
- 2 - Turn down the heat.
- 3 - Carry cloth shopping bags.
- 4 - Leave your car at home. If you can bike or walk to work, use public transportation or car pool.
- 5 - Recycle and repurpose and choose things with the least amount of packaging.
- 6 - Plant a tree or start a garden.
- 7 - Stop using pesticides on your lawn.
- 8 - Buy organic and/or support a local organic farmer.
- 9 - Buy energy-saving, compact-fluorescent light bulbs and other energy efficient products.
- 10 - Donate money to your favorite green cause.
wholearth beauty + bath by Danny Seo is an organic, eco-friendly line of products designed to inspire consumers to live a life of organic well-being in today's world. With sustainable style and a vision for the future, the entire line is made using only natural and certified organic ingredients. wholearth products are naturally luxurious, USDA approved organic and packaged with 100% post consumer recycled (PCR) materials!
The line consists of USDA certified organic body washes & lotions, body souffles, a 2-in-1 room & body mist and a very unique bamboo body scrub. This product looks like earth but foams up when you add water! The line also consists of the first ever USDA certified organic Perfume Spray which is available in 3 fragrances.
The great thing about the line is that each & every formula looks, feels and smells AMAZING, if I do say so myself :) They're not your typical crunchy organic/natural formulas. These products are truly luxurious and many beauty editors agree with me! You can check out what Elle & Teen Vogue as well as Danny himself have to say about the line.
You can also check out Danny's personal blog where he shares his brilliantly crafty tips on eco-friendly ideas for everyday living. He has also said some pretty nice things about me :) Hope you all check it out!

Yum, Natural Body Souffle - it has lavender, my favorite!

I try to treat every day like Earth Day: biking or walking when I can, buying less stuff, composting, recycling, reusing, etc,

happy earth day for you too!!! thanks for spreading the word about it... what would happen if we didn't use our cars at all today??? have a nice one!
awesome! i had no idea you helped develop beauty lines. what don't you do? :) so i'm a follower, i'm addicted to scrubs so i'd probably go with the body scrub, and i had an earth day reminder on my blog. that's all i got...i had planned on spending time outside today, but it turns out i'm working an extra long day.
@Helena - oh who knows about the article...it was supposed to be in the April/May issue but it's not and I've asked what's up but haven't heard back...boo :)
@Giovanna - you're too funny! That's about all I do...develop beauty products...not much else :)
I love the clean line design of the containers. The body scrub sounds pretty nice, but I adore the shape of the perfume bottle. I would totally keep it on display even when empty.

i'm already a follower of wholearth on fb :)
Hi - these products look gorgeous! What a great job! I would most like to try the body souffle because I am so DRY from the change of seasons! I am a new follower, by the way! :)
I would LOVE the body souffle or the scrub. They both sounds so wonderful I could pick between the two.
I have been using reusable bags the reduce the need for plastic bags. I also am going to spend nearly 2 months this summer without a car. I'm looking forward to walking lots and going to the farmers market every Tuesday and Saturday!
