Times Like These

I just want to escape to a little hacienda on a beach somewhere. This week has been a tough one with my best friend being really ill, he's still hospitalized, has a brain tumor and it seems like there's a really long road ahead.

And to top it off, this Saturday is the 1 year anniversary of my other best friend's death. Rough times but I believe that the hard times make you stronger.

It always seems like I escape to the water in my daydreams. Where do you all go?

Same as you the water. It seams to me that it's the best. I hope that next week is much better than what you had so far :) Be strong.

Oh my. What a difficult time for you and your friend. Keep your head up, girl. Be strong and believe that things will get better...my thoughts and prayers are with you and your friend.

Keep day dreaming...it is a good way to escape and chill even if it is just for a moment.

Darling, you are a strong woman and your best friend knows that. I escape anywhere - virtually, in a garden, by the water...

Europe mostly...I think about getting lost on some random Spanish or Italian street. Hope everything gets better for you.

*big hugs* Definitely not fun. But at least you can daydream about wonderful beaches.

I'm so sorry to hear about your best friend, i know how awful it is... my brother had a brain tumor a few years ago and although it was a tormentingly long process, he made a full recovery. I wish nothing less than the same fate for your dear friend.

I hope you can get to escape somewhere :)

xx
