I love it when a woman can effortlessly mix feminine and masculine elements. Women in ties = a big yes in my opinion. Jen over at Slumber Designs recently pondered the idea herself. I agree that it's a look that very few can pull off but when it's done right, it's spectacular!
For those who aren't ready to go full on tie I think this is an easier way of achieving the look. What do you guys think?

I totally agree! When I was working in fact I did wear tie with my suits :) Attracted a lot of attention but i didn't care! Totally love this shirt. Absolutely a must have!!!
