Morning Light

I woke up today to the soft morning light gently flooding the room reminding me that the time has come to rise and shine. Lots to do today but I'm taking my time this morning enjoying some breakfast at home before I face the fast pace of the day.

Hope you all have a lovely morning! xoxo

Beautiful, glorious morning light. I too love to take my time over breakfast.
Love the vintage trunks in the first picture. Isn't white the most soothing color to have around?

Dawn,

I have a confession to make. In summertime I keep the blinds closed from the sun because it wakes me up. In fall I don't even want to sleep with the blinds closed because I love the morning rays!! The top picture you used made me want to run back to bed and relax (in a faux fur vest - HAHAHAHA!!)

xoxo,
Carrie

I love those days when I get woken up to the sun shining into my room! Most mornings I get up when it's dark outside, so the days I wake up to sunshine feel so luxurious. I hope you're having a good day!

This is one of my happy thought, morning light. I love to wake up so early in the morning just to watch the sunrise and feel the air. I heart sunrise because I feel it brings hope. No matter how bad yesterday was, you have a new chance for a beautiful day. This post is lovely Dawn, thank you very much for posting. I mean it :)

Waking up to natural light is actually really nice, isn't it? That's what we've been doing this week because we don't have any curtains in our new place yet!
