Happy mid-week, darlings! Fall brings so many little pleasures, doesn't it? Leaves changing colors, fabulous fashion, boots, tights and amazing outerwear, a return to warm coffee and those amazing leisurely days spent taking in the sights of the city. I love nothing better than hitting the streets on a cool autumn day. Everything seems to slow down a bit and I feel like I could walk for miles strolling by fabulous shops, quaint cafes, beautiful architecture and neighborhood parks. It's a little feast for the eyes.
And since the days are shorter this time of year I even try to get out during the work day for a brief stroll and a little glimpse of daylight. It just feels so indulgent and good for the soul.

Ummm... Woke up today to smell winters... This is such a lovely time of the year, with festivals around the corner. Love the pictures.

That's one thing I enjoy in Estonia - it's exactly like your described: leaves changing colors, and warm coffee tastes every day better.
I also feel like everything is so much more relaxed and calm during autumn:)

getting out for a walk is so perfect - it's so sunny and bright here but chilly - feels like such a fun fall day :)
I hate that it gets darker so early now, I think getting out to enjoy the sunshine is a great idea.

oh how I definitely need a soul soothing stroll today! I know just where I would do it too...In the West Village, where the street signs turn from green to brown, and the streets get all zig zaggy and crazy. Perhaps I would sit in the park across the street from the MJ accessories store with a cupcake from Magnolia and a soy latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon.. thanks for inspiring such a lovely little daydream!! :)

Yup - fall is the best. My hubby and I took a walk on Sunday and it was perfect. Colorful leaves, brisk breeze, and a hot chocolate in hand. Hope this weather sticks around a while. Not sure I'm quite ready for winter yet...
