Good Thursday morning, lovelies! It looks as if the weather is going to be taking a turn for the cold in the near future and I find myself dreaming of ways to stay warm and toasty. Inside and outside. I love fur coats and fur throws. Problem is, I don't wear real fur. Only faux and it's not quite as toasty as the real thing but it will have to do. At least it's nice and soft and looks fabulous.

I really wanted a coat w/ a faux fur collar but just couldn't find the one I had envisioned... don't you hate that? I wish I had been a clothing designer than I could make all the lovely things I dream about... the only problem is I can't sew to save my life! xo
faux fur but honestly I am just not into the fur trend for clothes. I have seen others wear it so well and with style but somehow I have not done it yet. I do adore these images though!

I'm dying over all the fur everywhere these days. I just "borrowed" my mom's faux fur coat from the 70s and I can't wait to wear it! Now I just need it to get really cold here. Haha. Hope you're having a great day!

I recently went to dinner with a friend who had real fur and there was no feeling like it! It was the softest thing, ever!! I loved it, but won't be buying it anytime. I prefer faux.

I admit, I wear real fur, but never new, just vintage. I don't believe in killing animals for the sake of wearing fur, but on the other hand, if we do not keep the fur that has been made into pieces, it will end up in the landfill -- causing far worse of a problem in my mind. I do have a faux fur caplet and blanket though -- they are new. Fur is so luxurious and especially beautiful during this time of the year :)

How beautiful are these pictures! Real fur is wonderfully warm, which can be necessary in some climates (e.g. NY winters ;), but I'd find it difficult buying a fur coat (and not only for financial reasons). Inherited or 2nd hand I'm okay with though. xoxo

I don't own anything in fur - faux or real- but from these photos I can see the appeal.
I came home from appointments today and immediately threw on cozy pj's...crazy, I know! I would love to be snuggled in those blankets!
Both real and faux fur for me...parents bought me a fur coat when I was young and they bought me another one when I turned 30 BUT I buy and wear faux!!!
