Golden Gala

Happy Thursday, lovelies! New Year's Eve is tomorrow night, and can you believe, I still am undecided as to what to do. I'm torn...part of me wants to have a quiet night indoors switching between watching Watch What Happens Live: Andy’s New Year’s Eve Party on Bravo and Snooki's New Year's Eve Ball Drop all night long and the other part of me wants to get all dressed up and head on out to a fabulous fete. Andy & Snooki are very tempting but I don't think that they can compete with the party girl in me :)

I'm all about shimmer and shine and I tend to kick it up a notch during the holidays. This New Year's I'm craving gold. Lots of it. The more, the better. A little something to warm me up on these cold nights. And I have just the right outfit all ready to go.

So what do u think? Should I have a mellow night or hit the town?

Party it up, my sistah! We are partying too (without, uh, partying ;), I am very psyched because I have a new gray sequin miniskirt, it's the only night of the year I will ever wear it, good thing it only cost $12.50 at F21! XX!

Go out!! There's not a better evening for dressing to the nines and being crazy with sparkles, tights, and thick eyeliner. That's what getting me excited about going out into yucky weather--even if it's just a across the street. This and Halloween equals "do whatever makes you feel special"--and then stare, stare, stare at everyone!

Hit the town wearing that gorgeous, strapless bustier dress -- we might run into each other in the exact same outfit ;)

Go out and have fun - take pics and post them so I can live vicariously through them!! I will be planted on the couch in my warm jammies trying to keep my hub from snoring in his chair and sneaking peeks of Andy & Snooks. Oh, and I crave gold all year round!

Stop by if you can at:

I have the same dilemma; I'm not sure whether or not to watch the ball drop at home, spend it at my boyfriend's house w/ his family, or go to my friend's party. lol Hmm maybe I can do all 3 haha.

Hope you have a wonderful New Year's Eve/New Year!

I want to mellow this year for the first time ever, but alas it is not to be. Party it is.

Wishing you a very happy NYE filled with sparkle.

I'm staying in, but still getting all dolled up! Best of both worlds?

I also can't really be bothered to go out but I know I'll regret it if I don't so I say... hit the town lady! x

Dawn: We're doing both! Lol We're dressing up, going out to eat, hit up a party, and will try to make it home before the New Year rings in so it can be just me and the hubby:-)

Whatever you do have a fabulous New Year! Love the gold!!!

Oooh, If I owned those gold shoes, I'd definitely make it a night out! But since I don't, I'm staying in and having a quiet night with movies, magazines, and champagne.

i have mixed feelings too! - i have a zillion parties i was invited too - but part of me just wants to cozy on up in my pad and do NADDA! - i've been INSANE latley, i haven't had 5 mins to myself, so i MIGHT just use tomorrow night to mellow out with Joe ... BUT who know's - i'm not a 'planner' i just go with the flow of what i'm feelin' @ the time .. i'll have a dress ready to go JUST in case :o)

*kiss kiss*
Happy 2011 to you and all!!

Hit the town darling! I wish I would be in NY, it was a bit of our tradition to ring in the New Year there, but now it's just not possible with a 7 week old baby! :-) So please go to a fabulous party so I can live vicariously through you...

Have fun! Have a very happy new year; may it be filled with all that you wish for.
