Happy Monday, lovelies! Welcome to a brand new week. Hope you all enjoyed the weekend. My was wonderful, filled with lots of relaxing, some family time and meal planning for the week ahead. I started on this healthy living kick last week and so far I'm loving the results. Only thing is I've been tired so I haven't been able to kick my daily dose of caffeine habit. I start every single morning with a coffee and I don't see myself giving it up anytime soon. Oh well, a little caffeine is good for you, isn't it? :)

Hope your week gets off to a great start!

Hope you have a great start to your week! Thankfully, I still get to be a bum for two more days before I head back to the office. Oh how I wish every week could be like this - I like work three days off four days...it just works better with my schedule and all the fun things I want to do! Oh in the perfect world...
Much love,
B

I cannot give up my beloved my cup of coffee too. Even if I do a cleanse or a juice fast I still drink coffee, my only guilty pleasure.

Sounds like such a lovely weekend Dawn! I couldn't live without coffee either; I think a couple of cups a day will do no harm, at least that's what I tell myself! xo

What a lovely weekend! I don't drink coffee but I get my maximum caffeine fix from chocolate. So much more satisfying for me!

Happy Monday Dawn!! These pics definitely make me want an espresso, but I'm feeling good sticking with tea lately. Do you like black tea? You could replace your coffee with black tea and then green tea after that.. it's hard, but if you like tea then I think you could definitely do it! :)

I had given up coffee sometime ago, but not anymore: it's a pleasure I allow myself every day (other than that I have a healthy way of living for many many years, as I don't believe in diets, but in healthy eating. Hope you're off to a great new week, Dawn! Ada

A little caffeine is an absolute necessity and I am pretty sure what makes the world/ blog world go round! This also reminds me I need to stop by Trader Joes and restock my chocolate covered espresso beans.

YES, Dawn, they DO say that a little coffee IS good for you ... helps guard against things like Type II diabetes and bad stuff ... so we have the PERFECT excuse to NEVER give it up! I've actually tried in the past ... not because I thought it was bad for me, but because I love it with cream and sugar and thought of the extra calories ... but it never lasted long!!! I'm a coffee lover for life, I think! Happy Monday! xoxo

i've kinda been on a healthy living kick too. just want to eat more protein and less carbs and try not to eat after a certain time each day. and of course, getting more active--which is tough to do when i'm staring at blogs all day, lol.

and man, i really don't want to like Olivia P. but she is stunning in that photo.

Love these elegant pix - so ladylike and pretty! On saturday i bought an old book about the methods of healer Edgar Cayce. He says, a bit of coffee - like a cup in the morning - is actually good for you. The only thing - you're supposed to drink it without milk or crream - hmmmm. Have a lovely start to your week!

I weirdly recently kicked my coffee habit after like...20 years of drinking it almost every day. It feels really weird! I have it maybe twice a week now...I think one day I just got sick of using so much sugar ( I put a lot in it.)

Hello. I just found your blog tonight and decided I want to follow it. Your life sounds quite different from mine. I live in Wyoming, which seems a long way from Manhattan! I love my life but also find I enjoy a peek of life elsewhere.

Those are really nice images. They remind me of the month I spent in the South of France studying, (I mean sitting in countless cafes drinking yet another cafe au lait)...it was so relaxing...

I don't remember anyone being stressed out while I was there...

Seeing these pics makes me wish I was in Europe all over again.
