Good morning, lovelies! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I spent my extended holiday weekend at the beach and had the most amazing time. Amazing weather, friends and family, good food, drinks and music. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend. And the best part is that we ended up renting a beach house for the rest of the summer so I have a lot more fun to look forward to!

i always seem to lament the fact that i can never get that beachy wave look down. oh well :)
Oh how fun you'll get even more beach time. Lucky you. We were in Puerto Rico for the long weekend...needed a quick getaway and it was perfect to just soak up the sun and relax a bit!

There's just something so wonderful about being at the beach, isn't there? I spent the day there yesterday, and the smell of the water and coconut suntan lotion in the air was heavenly after a long winter and kind of lousy spring. We finished our beach day by heading to a country club that has a beautiful terrace overlooking the golf course for dinner and I felt very summer with my two glasses of fresh lemonade! Here's to summer!

i had a wonderful time at a wedding and enjoying my family in LA. happy 4 day week :)
I still can't get over the fact that you rented a beach house for the summer -- what a brilliant idea, you lucky girl! Sounds absolutely divine!! I can almost feel the peaceful wind and calm from these photos, I think the 2nd one is my fav... so soft and dreamy.

I love, love the beach, grew up on riding waves...but I'm sad though, I don't think I'll be heading to the beach here in Japan this summer... I'm still freaked about the Tsunami... (if I can see my car within sight I might) ...so I can high tail it if I have to.
