French Day

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket

Hi loves!  How's the week treating you so far?  Mine's busy but fine.  Yesterday totally flew which is great but then it makes you wonder where the time goes.

So today I've decided to have a French day.  Forget my normal crazy NYC pace.  Today I want to take the time to slow down and savour things the way a French girl would.  Anyone care to join me? :)

Have a lovely day, sweets!

xoxo

I don't know if I've ever said to you how beautiful are the tones you select for your posts. These are really pretty...

Oh, those cherry blossoms are gorgeous. The deep contrast against pale pink reminds me of lingerie.

Sometimes we really do just need to slow things down a bit. I think we all forget that our normal speed is kind of warp speed. Happy Tuesday!

Great idea Dawn! ;)

We will be there at the end of June so this is a the perfect warm-up! I'd like that little piece to wear around the my room in Paris ~ while eating macaroons and sipping something delicious.

Enjoy your day!

I'm not sure I am capable of slowing down. I'm a naturally hyper person, but it sure sounds tempting.

Totally joining you on this French day... especially, considering I'm still in my jammies on my sofa working from home... Awwwwwww ~ Heaven! Pretty post girl... and sometimes it's nice to stop and smell those roses. Hope your getting the gitters for your beach weekend kickoff! Jeal! Xo

A French day sounds fabulous but I think I'll change mine up to a beach day. Sun on my face, casually catching up on my favorite magazines, eating fruit, and napping as a cool breeze sweeps across me.

Hi Dawn,
What a wonderful thought. I love the idea of French day! Let's all slow things down and enjoy a little. If anyone needs me I'll be taking a nap, and I'll have one (or two) of those macaroons when I wake up...haha!

Your photos today made me smile. Here's hoping you had a French day after all.
