Monday, Monday....

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket

Good morning, loves! Sorry I'm off to a late start. Is it Monday already?  Seems like the weekend just flew by, didn't it?

Decided to opt out of the beach house this weekend to rest and get life in order on Saturday.   That didn't really end up happening because the day was so perfect that we decided to go up on our friends rooftop for the day to catch some rays.  If we couldn't be at the beach we decided to bring the beach to us.  Minus the water and the sand but it worked for us. :)

Then Sunday was my cousin's wedding. It was another picture perfect day and an it was an absolutely gorgeous wedding.

And here we are already at Monday.  How did you come some fast?  It's going to be another busy week but luckily it's a short one and a I have long weekend ahead to look forward to!

What did you all do this weekend?

Enjoy the start of the week, sweets!

xoxo

I need to see what you wear! You and I obviously have the same style (buying the same skirts, haha!) so I so want to see your wedding outfit. I bet you were beautiful!

Dawn, I am glad you had a relaxing weekend. Mine was filled with yard work ( very sexy:) but I managed to have some relaxing time as well. I hope you have a productive week.

I love that you brought the beach to you. Would love to sit on a rooftop terrace.

being out in the sun will be enough. We sat on our deck looking at ocean view so that is enough beach for me this weekend. : )

My weekend absolutely flew by as well! I am just days away from returning to Chicago (and beginning to move into our new place!), and I just don't want my family time to end! Alas, real life awaits....

That's such an awesome attitude you take! This weekend I packed up my stuff and the bf and I threw out so much! Throwing things away always feels so so amazing!

Glad you had a good weekend in the city even though it went by so quickly! Mine flew by, especailly since I went to a wedding on Sunday. It does not feel like it should be Monday today, but at least we do have the long weekend ahead!
Much love,
B

Weekends always fly past too quickly for me! I was ourside a lot - such gorgeous weather. Fleamarket, portuguese food, art, gardening, sleep... but still: much too short! Happy monday darling!

Sometimes weekends at home are really the best--sounds like yours was a good one. I was traveling and glad to be home, but trying desperately to catch up today!

Ha! Love that you made do with the roof-- sometimes you just gotta work with what you've got. Today really kicked my butt much more than I anticipated that it would, but somehow (and I really mean this) reading your post brightened me up!

Dreamy photos, sprinkled with the Alternative Wife special magic, I'm sure! And you're right, if you can't be at the beach, up on the roof is the perfect runner-up! Sounds like such fun! Have a wonderful week, sweets!

Sadly the weekend flew by way to fast :( Though you sounded like you enjoyed yourself ;) catching the sun sounds perfect, it has been so cold here ;(
