Hi loves! And happy August to you! Is it me or is summer suddenly starting to fly by?
Can't believe Wednesday's already here. I've actually been having quite the strange week. Not sure if it's going extremely fast or painfully slow. And I'm really not sure what that says about my mental state being that they're opposite ends of the spectrum. Guess it just means that I'm not adjusting well to post vacation life :)
Still having computer issues, that's why I haven't been by yet. And pretty swamped at work. Wishing today that I could have a day at home to sip some champagne, nibble on some macarons and basically catch up on life. Good news is the weekend's not that far now. At least I don't think it is...{that's the confused state talking :)}

Wish that Wednesday was all about macarons and champagne! Maybe after work? We finally have some summer, so I think that´ll be my plan :) xoxo

I'm home all day, but alas without champagne or macarons. *sigh* I think it's the summer that has everyone all in a confused state. So hard to keep track of time in July & August! ;)

Ugh to the computer issues. Is it your internet carrier or you laptop itself? I LOVE my MAC so much. Never ever had a virus. They are worth every single penny!! xo

Adore that first picture, I want what she's wearing ;) I hope you have a super day doll, I know coming back from holidays can be strange. I keep forgetting what day it is. My daughter will be going back to school soon here, will be nice actually..give me a break really :) Plus, I like her stories when she returns ;) xox

It has felt like a weird week! I blame the Olympics. It's made me lose track of the days!
I'm totally wishing for a break from reality today. One of my coworkers just sent me her pictures from Paris and now that is the only place I want to be!

Well, there is the week after vacation, we understand you :P But I found the secret: you really have to set up an important event immediately after the vacation, then you have no time to think that it is over:*

Aaah, easing oneself back into 'normal life' after holidays is tough (and when they've been as phantastic as yours probably even tougher). Computer problems are really the last thing you need now. Things will get smoother soon, I'm sure! xoxo
hahah I so feel you on that state. Also-- I know everything and myself are always saying "oh my gosh,I can't believe it's a new month!" etc etc, but I REALLY can't believe it's August. When did that happen?? Hoping your foggy state clears soon, at least in time to really enjoy the weekend ;)

Looks like your 40th birthday was very special and how fabulous that you had time away in the Bahamas.

Coming back to NY from the Bahamas must be quite a reality check! I'd be completely disorientated.
Loved your comment on my blog today. Yes, you definitely knew at a very young age which path you were going to choose. Funny, I tried on 'Paris' before last Christmas and it so did not suit me, haha. I remember loving it when I was a teenager. Also 'Knowing' from Estée Lauder. Happy times ;-)
