Hi loves! Happy Thursday to you!
I don't know if it's just me but I've been craving and indulging in Mexican food a lot this summer. And I mean a lot. At least once a week {often twice a week} when I'm in the city and that's only 3 or 4 days a week. That's a far cry from my usual once every 6 weeks or so routine.
Not sure what it is. Maybe it's the al fresco aspect of it. I'm usually sitting outdoors or at least by an open window. Or maybe it's just the margaritas and other delicious beverages calling my name. Whatever it is, I'm liking it. Not sure my waist is liking it but I hardly care these days :)
Am I alone here or do I have some fellow Mexican lovers with me?

Add some avocado and salsa to dinner tonight...it always helps those cravings....(oeoe and some hot sauce of course).

one thing that England does not do well is Mexican food! I am definitely looking forward to getting my does of it when i'm in california in a couple of weeks. it is normally one of the first items on my to-do list when i land :) xx

I'm certain I could indulge in Mexican 2-3 days a week, throw in a glass of sangria and I'm set!
We do Mexican at least once a week. Unfortunately, it doesn't always include a margarita :-(
There is totally something about the heat that creates a desire for Mexican food. Even if it is just chips and salsa paired with some margaritas!

i am always a fan of Mexican food (probably from spending so many years in SoCal!) and have yet to find a new favorite haunt here in Chicago.

ME TOO! I think it's the cilantro/lime ingredients...for some reason, those just sound like heaven when the weather gets hot!
Omg all i'm craving is mexican food!! Oh what I would do for some tacos and a big bowl of guac right now, but I'm going to the gym! hah. Now I know where we need to dine next!

Thanks for your encouragement Dawn! I just seem to be made of glass lately. I'm sorry to hear about you having Lymes. Good thing you listened to you sister. A friend of mine was recently diagnosed with it too and once the antibiotics kicked in she felt so much better. I hope that was the case for you as well.
