Sweet Start

Good Monday morning! How was your weekend, lovelies? Mine was wonderful. I had a fabulous, albeit very short trip to Philadelphia. Didn't get to see or do that much outside of the hotel but that was fabulous in itself.

We did walk around Rittenhouse Square and went to drinks at a lovely little French place called Rouge and then to dinner after. Then Sunday was spent at the hockey game which was amazing. We had 3rd row seats and our team won! Go Rangers! :)

Now here we are ready to start the week. Oh why are the weekends so short? I would do so much better with a 4 day work week, wouldn't you? Think I need a little sweetness to get me motivated.

So tell me. What did you all do this weekend? Hope it was wonderful!

Go Rangers! We had dim sum at a great place (in a room meant for 15 people!) and Vietnamese food with friends. Mmm for food filled weekends!

Glad you had a lovely weekend. Everybody would do better with a 4 day week I reckon. Although running my own biz feels like a 7 day week sometimes ;)

These pictures are so dreamy. I adore the lingerie/body in the first image and the model is so lusciously sensuous too. My weekend was spent amongst the early spring flowers in nature.

Sounds like a beautiful timeout for you. I had a fun weekend, as India won the world cup in Cricket after 28 years. It was celebration and party time for the cricket crazy country. Still tired from the partying.

Love those yummy goodies...
if only I can look as good as the woman above after eating those sweets...
Oh but knowing me, I'll easily give in to temptation ♥

Hi Dawn, sounds like you had a fab time. Weekend was a bit of a wash-out for me as I wasn't feeling 100%. But I still managed to do some things I love doing from the comfort of my sofa! So pleased your earrings from us finally arrived. Do post a pic of you wearing them :-)
Have a wonderful week sweetheart xx

Talk about it - a 4 day work week would be fantastic! I just need more creative SPACE! Apart from recreation. And meeting friends. A 2 days weekend is too short for everything! Can i have a macarron please - i'll make us espresso to go with it ;)

Your weekend sounds like it was a lot of fun! My husband and I had a dirty roomate who finally moved out, and we spent the whole weekend gutting the house and cleaning it out. I feel light as air now! Woo!

Happy Monday love!

Glad you had an enjoyable weekend in Philly! My weekend was not much of a weekend at all due to things being crazy at work - but I totally agree, I would do far better with work four days and three days of weekend - that would just be wonderful. I think I would be a better employee that way!
Much love,
B

Oh, so many tasty treats! Love these images (and long for some macaroons now). I had a lovely weekend as well... great weather and just relaxing with friends. I agree with the four-day week. Or perhaps Wednesdays should officially be a day off, so the week won't seem so long?

Sounds like the weekend went perfectly as planned, what a fun getaway! And on another note, am I the only person in the world that has actually never tried french macaroons??? Everyone loves to use the images and they look delish, but haven't ever done it myself! I feel left out...that is going to be my goal for the week: eat french macaroons. (c;
