Happy Friday, loves! And welcome to the weekend. Well it's just about time for vacation for me.
Unfortunately our plans have gotten a little derailed because of the hurricane that's supposed to hit this weekend. Instead of heading out to the beach house, we're going to stay in the city until the storm passes. It'll be too dangerous to be on a barrier island during the storm.
But the good thing is that I am off all next week. Hopefully there isn't too much damage from the storm and we can head on out to Fire Island on Monday. Finger's crossed we still have power and there isn't flooding!

I was thinking about you thi morning when I heard aboutt the hurricane!! Surely will be fun spending some free time in New York City as it is the city never sleeps right!!! A big comforting kiss
OMG I know, huh? We are bringing Jordan today and his school is right on the ocean. Poor kid. Nothing like dropping him and a suitcase off in the middle of a hurricane. Stay safe and I will keep my pinkies crossed that you and J. have great weather next week to finish out the summer in style!! xo

be safe - I know that must be a let down. I'm supposed to head to the beach next Friday and haven't been watching the storms at all but from what I hear {from my parents} sounds like we'll miss it. Thank goodness :)
We rented a house directly on the beach and I could really use a break!
